This is not a salon, in any sense of the word. I would guess the building was once a small office or even a restaurant that was subsequently cut up into small, independently-rented shops. I've had better experiences in barber shops. I tried one stylist (and I use the term loosely) because he was highly recommended on the web. OMG. The hair cut was awful and the place was filthy. Beware!
