I came in with hair down to my waist all one length perfect for any haircut. Showed picture of how I wanted my hair style and color and got neither. Stayed 4 hours trying to get them to fix it. Tried to blame mistakes on me. I had 4 pictures of the hair color I wanted. They gave me highlights.
