WORST 1ST EXPERIENCE AND OVERCHARGED

I made an appointment for my 12 year old daughter. I told them I only wanted to pay around $20 for a kid's trim. The guy told me ok and booked me with a person with that rate. After getting the quick trim, I was charged $35 instead of around $20. The girl told me they charge by hair length and texture. Most salons charge by the experience the stylist...
