I called and asked a simple question regarding whether this place had a certain brand name curler in stock. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up out of frustration. I called back, asked the same question and was asked what brand the curler was. I stated that I had already given the name and was told that they carry it. I don't see why all this had to take more than 5 minutes....
