I am really being too nice with the one star rating!
I went into dr wynns office because of the free bleaching kit offered in one of her flyers that I got in the mail. i've really never had any dental issues. I lost my insurance some months ago and the price for a cleaning and exam looked reasonable, so I took a chance. I cancelled my appointment with my regular dentist and went into this awful office. At first I thought that the office was nice and spa like. But then my xrays, cleaning and exam were rushed and I was told that I needed huge fillings and a deep cleaning because i had gum disease. I panicked. They gave me this insane estimate and wanted me to schedule an appointment immediately.
I did, but when I got home I called my regular private dentist (not corp) for a 2nd opinion and he told me I didn't need all that treatment or the deep cleaning! He said that she was known for this type of service.
PS I never did get that free bleaching kit because you need to complete all the proposed treatment.
I was very unhappy with Dr. Wynn practice. She treated her employees unfairly and she was rude and I'm looking forward with the new Dr.

Everything was good . Only issue was with the whiteening procedure. After completed my lips burned inside and still today they feel burned.
My temp crown fell out and the folks at Wynn Dental came to the rescue! They got me in right away, glued the temp crown right bsck in and at no charge! Without a doubt, best dental operation I have ever experienced...and I'm 58! Looking for a great dentist? Look no further, this is it!
I do not like to go to the dentist but Dr. Wynn and her staff have treated me well. They are very sensitive to patients like myself who hates pain.
I would recommend Dr. Wynn to anyone that needs dental work.
Keep up the good job, especially your customer service attitude.
