Help us make it rightI dropped my Tissot T-Touch watch on 4/6/2011 to get the battery replaced. (mistake #1) The woman told me it would be ready first thing 4/7/2011 and she has been doing this for 20+yrs(mistake #2, believing her) She called me up on 4/7/2011 and said it would be ready by 11am on 4/8/2011. I went to pick it up around 2:00pm and they told me to give them 30-45 minutes to get it done. I waited and went back in to get it. I set the time that he so adimantly wanted me to do and the digital clock and analog clock were 31 minutes different than eachother. He told me that it was my fault because I set the time. None of the other features worked the way they were supposed to. I brought this up to the gentleman and he told me to bring it in so "his guy" could fix it. I told him that was unacceptable and I was going to send it to Jared's (what I should've done) and he told me he couldn't afford that much. Horrible customer service, amatuer watch repair. Tried to keep my business local, too bad.
