Terrible service. I have an LG washing machine and was forced to use them because they were an LG authorized dealer. After 30 days they still have not repaired my washing machine. I waited a week for them to come out to troubleshoot the problem, another 10 days for authorization, which I already had from LG, then another week for them to order parts. I then was told parts were on backorder. Then I was told today they would not do the repair because they were upset that I complained to the BBB. Very unprofessional and I'm sorry you're mad that I complained, but I feel it's important for others to know about how bad your service.
Saginaw Valley Service Co., Inc. has no idea what customer service is. They are money hungry people who do not have an ounce of integrity. Nor a sense of how to run a business. Make sure you do not use them, tell everyone you know not to use them!
Nothing but liars! Horrible experience! Began with an appointment time scheduled for "somewhere between 8 am - 5 pm." Then on the morning of the service appointment their office called to ask if they could bump us to 3 days later because they were overbooked! Blamed it on the Maytag service line for overbooking them! Tried explaining we could not wait, had already waited 4 days for our appliance to even be looked at. They said they could see what they could do but their technician already had to many appointments scheduled for the day. WHAT!?!?! They then called back a little later and said they would be here at 12. Was home and waited over an hour after scheduled time with no technician arriving. Called to find out the status and was told that he had been here at 10:30 and no one was home. WHAT!?!?! Someone WAS home @ that time plus there are 2 dogs that bark like crazy whenever someone comes to the door. We were told they wouldn't be able to come out again until 3 days later...when they wanted to originally reschedule us for! SHADY! Also why would they say they would be here at 12, but show up at 10:30? When I called to complain directly to Maytag about the horrible service they lied AGAIN and told Maytag their technician had been out here TWICE! Done with them! Will NEVER work with them or allow them into my home and you shouldn't either. Scheduled with a different company that said they could be here the very next day.
Patrick came out to fix our refrigerator (ice maker) and was, as usual, VERY polite and accommodating. He's been here now on 3 occasions for various appliances (via Lowes warranty work), each time...

They won't tell you about the 30 warranty on their work for THEIR business. So if something were to happen the manager, who is a very rude ignorant lady, will tell you that you must pay again for them to come out. Money hungry with no customer service or knowledge of how to run a business at all. Terrible.
