Saffron59 and staff has done outstanding few events that I have attended. Loved their Chinese banquet courses from charred Ribeye steak to lobster Cantonese. Enjoyed their latest seared Muscovy duck breast with spicy Penany curry with caralamized cashews. Keep up the great work guys.
Chef Wong does an amazing job at catering special events. I went to a special event at the Museum of Chinese in America which Saffron catered and the food was excellent. I loved the whole cooked Red Snapper and delicious lo mein noodles as well as the many appetizers passed around during cocktail hour. If you want asian food for your event I highly recommend Saffron 59.
