Yes... Hilltop isn't the best area in Tacoma, but I have no problems shopping at this store. They try to keep it safe as possible. Smaller Safeway, which means less time after work wandering the aisles. After the little remodel a few years ago the produce got a lot better too. The people that work here are so nice!

Only go here if you absolutely have too, meaning even 7/11 is closed. If it looks sketchy outside it's no better inside. I watched a drunk man eat half a doughnut and then put the other half back in the pastry case. Not one of the store employees who saw this stopped it or said anything.
