I called the main office of SVA looking for a fire alarm system and monitoring for a warehouse building I own. I spoke with two separate people (1 female, whose name I did not get, and 1 male, named Brad), who were overly helpful and informative. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. I scheduled with Brad, to come to meet me at my building for a free assessment of what would best suit my needs (I opted for their Radio monitoring to save money on not having to have phone lines. I just had my security system installed in my home by SVA, not knowing exactly what I wanted out of a home alarm system, or what system would be most suited for me and my family, as far as cost, something that is user friendly, the reliability of the system and the over dependability. Do not trust this company representation. I needed emergency services for small retail plaza. I called and appointment was scheduled. Bred, company representative, did not call back, did not show up for an appointment. I called company again and explained that I need their help ASAP. Linda, probably one of the owners or managers assured me that she will make sure Bred will get back to me and guess what, HE DID NOT. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, THEY ARE THE WORST.
