Problems started the moment I gave 30 days notice. They lost my notice and tried to make me start the 30 days over. They did a "pre walk through" and told me everything looked great. My deposit was returned less almost $900 and when I asked for copies of receipts I was told they would email them and that never happened. The previous Tennant was evicted and the door was busted in by the police to serve and evict. The door jam was never repaired. The keys upon move in were a variety that they claimed to include mail box keys, which they did not. After weeks of trying to get them to help me get keys I had to go to the post office and pay a $50 deposit to get a new one and get my mail. Now they refuse to show receipts and give me my $50 deposit back. The office manager wouldn't even take my calls. The worst property management I have ever had. Would definitely not recommend them.
