Scott was very knowledgeable and far more helpful than I expected. Being a DIYer, I don't see that willingness to share expertise very often. Lots of service parts (the right ones) in stock. Very reasonable prices. May be a bit of a drive for some (though pretty convenient from Franktown, Parker, Castle Rock) but certainly worth it for me.
