Very professional. When Russell arrived, he was very pleasant & courteous. I only expected an estimate since the appointment was in the late afternoon. He looked over my gutters, immediately identified what needed to be done and started the repair. I was very pleased with the result and that it was completed that afternoon before 3 days of rain. Russ was great! He called to come for an estimate. He was early and able to make the adjustments right away. This was great because the doors were so hard to open and close they were killing my "aged" shoulders! He cleaned up the sawdust and left the area clean and neat!
