Based upon Dr. Jacinto's recommendation, my husband got an "E-Appliance" night guard to treat his chronic teeth grinding. Within in short order, the never-ending muscle tension in his jaw reduced significantly. His upper teeth's sensitivity dropped, and he started sleeping better. The appliance costs more than others, but what a difference.
