Top tier of dive bars.Good atmosphere and enjoy the music playing in the background. Of the two times I've been there service was five star the first time around, about a 3 on the next visit.You can definitely find a brew or even a cocktail you'll enjoy, but make sure you order the wings.Paired with their homemade blue cheese dressing, it's bar food, elevated.
Don't look any further if you are hungry for buffalo-style wings in the Minneapolis area. This place has the best wings I have EVER eaten. But more-over the BLUE CHEESE dressing was the best I have ever tasted. The bar is a dive and has your usual staples. So yeah, wings and dive bar - done in the most pure and awesome way.
Runyon's is a dive bar that has a limited but very good menu for both food and Beer. It is located within walking distance of most of the best bars, clubs, sports and concert venues in the downtown Mpls. area. Their wings are the go to item on the menu. One style only, which is a mild/medium buffalo sauce that...
The wings are killer-good! Very meaty with a sauce that is to die for. Cost is a bit high, but it's well worth it.

Be sure to try the shrimp which are done wing-style as well. Cool little bar downtown with great bar food.
