The funny part is I went in today because the piece that fell that I had to purchase was missing a part of it and guess what they were moving the display. seems to me they have had more troubles with displays prior to me!!!

I went into GiGi's which is part of Rowenas yesterday to browse and I was looking at their Door Letters that were located in the front of the store. When I touched the 1st letter the display was right beside it had Halloween décor on the table and the letter accidently hit the table causing the figurines to fall and one accidently hit the floor. I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service displayed by the three young ladies working. I had to ask for help and was never greeted or acknowledged, even though there was only one other customer in the entire store. These ladies then acted like I was a bother when I asked a question. The store is pretty, but I will not be back!  (Hide)

Rowenas is a wonderful gift shop which sells the new staxx jewelery collection. The prices are quite low and affordable.
