Great job! Service person, Mark, checked the whole main sewer line with a camera in both directions. The problem was a tree root growing into a crack from the vertical T access pipe that was not properly installed.

I also asked if Mark would check for the presence of a check valve which he did. It was not installed but the builder says it was. (This is another matter not related to...

It was after 5:00 and I needed a new spigot in my wash room. i called to set up a time and day and he was there within an hour! The bill was Less than the estimate and he was a very nice guy, who played with my nosey dogs! Thanks David ! Parkwood area, Durham, NC
