I had a water heater issue and called and spoke to Ken Johnson. He came over and looked my my heater and explained what was going on and how it could be fixed. We agreed on a price and set an appt. to have it replaced. Jim was the tech that came out and he was great. He worked very quick and kept the area clean he worked in.
