Called and received a quote over the phone for a simple crane pick in Fresno. $137.50 per hour, 3 hour minimum. That totals $412.50. I received the CC invoice from Roth Crane and it is for $528.00. I called and was very rudely told by Danielle and Blake (the owner) that because it is a prevailing rate project they change an additional $35 per hour.
