Awful awful funeral home better off without them!

First ROSEWOOD ran the add on FRIDAY instead of SUNDAY, in the CHRONICLE, it was missing a word. Rosewood blame paper, however paper just confirmed that ROSEWOOD INPUT THE ADD. When I called about it it running on Friday, instead of Sunday and the error, Kenny, our funeral rep. was out of the office, but someone else was going to call us and help us. I called twice no return call. Then I called back on Saturday, Kenny was back in the office, he explained it was correct on the copy that the funeral home had, but it was incorrect on the one that the Paper sent him to proof. They never sent a proof. HE JUST SCREWED UP!!! HE did it wrong and on the wrong date. Then said it was papers fault. I explained as a funeral home that we used to take care of the arrangements and cremation that it was their fault. Since it had been ran on the wrong day, as well as incorrect wording. Since we paid 750.00 for the add. Kenny, said he would have to get the funeral owners permission to "rip the paper a new one"... but that could not be done till MONDAY, because the OWNER MR. FIELDS is not available on weekends. I bet the Owner is available for those that pay much much more then we did. Next, I called back on Monday, KENNY is on vacation for a week! Ha Ha. So I spoke to Barbara, who apparently is the right hand of Mr. Jess Fields, the Owner, and "this is not ROSEWOODS reputation!" She said! She apparently can get something done. Or at least that was her story... funny no call back from her either, I called back, just for her to state that they would not be doing anything else for us.
Last and final note. Picked up remains yesterday. Funeral homes normally put remains in containers, even the small one's that you get for family members. NOT ROSEWOOD, they put them is ZIP LOCK BAGGIES!!!!
