Clark came to our house within the time frame given over the phone. He introduced himself, shook hands and explained everything he was doing. He made suggestions to correct our ongoing problem and left our house cleaner than it was when he arrived. I highly recommend this company!

The guy who came was very nice and professional however the reason I give it one star is because I was blind sided by the price. I was told $95 to get the roots out but when the guy shows up says that it cost $150 to remove the toilet plus the $95 for snaking it. No where does it say anything about having to pay extra depending upon the pipe access. Poor handle of business.

Man are main kitchen drain was clogged like crazy and this good working man JR came through and fixed it all up for us one the best services I've had in a while for plumbing and the prices are amazing I mean $95 special that's great and it's affordable for people it's not an arm and a leg thank you ROOTER TOWN and THANK YOU JR

Did a great job $95 just like they said. Where on time on a Sat. No games, no tricks, just great service! Would highly recommend for plugged drains.
