First of all I never once got to speak to the mechanic that worked on my car. Therefore the work to be done was not explained in detail, eg. how much they charge per hour and if they have a markup on parts.
I never viewed the problem they claimed to find nor the location of the parts to be replaced. After the work was done i did not see the old parts they had replaced. The prices they charged after I researched them online were way higher then market. I have no idea where they get their parts and how much they paid and what they charged me.
If you do let them work on your car make sure they explain the work to be done up front and what they charge per hour. Make sure they explain and show you what parts they will replace up front. Have them agree to mark the old parts they will replace. After they are done with the repair have them give you your old marked parts. Have them agree give you a receipt to show you how much they paid for the parts and where they were purchased. Make sure they explain the warranty on the work and parts. Most important know how to contact your better business bureau.
Don't be a victim of "Rocky" of Roos Only!
1. Never saw my car after they took it.
2. Did not take me out to the shop to meet the mechanic.
3. Never showed me or explained to me any detail of the problem.
4. Charged me very high prices on new parts.
5. Never saw the old parts after they took them out.
6. Had to return to fix same problem, but some how it was a different part.
7. After I left the shop I encounter a new mechanical problem, which they claim they did not cause.
*WARNING* This shop will over charge for parts and labor. Yes they will fix your original problem but then you end up having more issues with what they fixed and then other strange things start to go wrong. Please report all issues with this shop to your local "Better Business Bureau" Stay away from this shop! You are warned!

Fine people
No Integrity. I took my 2011 Subaru Outback to them because it was overheating. At first they could not determine what was wrong so they suggested changing the filters and thermostat and flush the coolant ($250, but totally shooting in the dark). When it overheated again I took it back and they determined that it was a faulty ECM ($850, and said they would guarantee their work if it ended up not solving the problem). My husband specifically asked if they had checked all the other components (i.e. radiator, heads, water pump, electrical system and they said everything else checked out, it...
RUN!!! Run from this shop!! Would not use this place again if it was the ONLY shop left in Colorado.... I would PUSH my car to another state. Horrible service and mechanics that just ""guess"" at what's wrong, and then charge you for a part that doesn't fix the problem. They will NOT let you use the $75 diagnostic fee, like they claim you can. They should be called ""Liars and Cheaters""...not Roos Only. I will tell EVERYONE I know about what terrible service and work I experienced there. A BIG THUMBS DOWN!!
My wife and I have taken our Subaru Outbacks here for several years. We have always been very pleased with the service. The prices are fair, and they never try to push unnecessary repairs on us. To the contrary, they often try to save us money (i.e. only make repairs when needed, and recommend affordable alternative repair options) while keeping our Outbacks in good working order. An honest and competent place, highly recommended.
