Terrible. Have been waiting 4 hours for the delivery of a new couch (this is the delivery window provided by Rooms to Go. One hour before the end of this 4 hours I get a call to say that it would be before 3 now (original was 10-2). I did take off a few hours to wait for the sofa delivery....now I will most likely miss the delivery as I can't continue to take time off to sit here and wait. Said...

Horrible experience we ordered furniture in November 2015 and we still have not received correct dinette set and it is now 1/6/1016!!!! The sales associates at this location are incompetent. They have written our order WRONG 3 times now!!!! Needless to say we are still dealing with trying to get correct furniture almost 2 months later!!! DO WASTE your money here it's not worth the headache!!!!
