Best I made an appointment. Have used them before they are honest and polite. This time I made appointment &they , called and asked what the dishwasher problem was, walked me thru a code for my dishwasher on the phone. NO CHARGE. Mike is fantastic. Thank you, Mark Jablonski

Ron came out to look at my Whirlpool Duet dryer because it was turning off before the clothes were dry.

Ron and a woman came out on Sat. Ron did not even pull out the dryer to check for a blockage in the vent. He charged me $68 and said he'd have to do some 'research' to figure out what was wrong with my dryer. On Monday, he called to say that it would cost me another $115 to fix it. I...
