Dr. Gourineni stopped colon bleeding, and then had me return for a colonoscopy a few weeks later. He was kind; explained everything clearly to my husband and me; and I could tell from other medical personnel that he is well respected.

She does not listen, does not care. She is the rudest dr. Ive ever met. Her plan was to wean me off my current medication. As weaning off I developed serious symptoms, insomnia, body pain, sweats, chills, diarrhea and vomiting. She said my symptoms were psychological. And that I had an anxiety disorder. I became violently ill and had to seek emergency care. I was diagnosed with serotonin...

Very poor excuse for a gastroenterologist. Didnt bother to exam me or look at the results from my PCP. Did not listen to what I was telling him my issues were and wanting to blame it on medication I rarely take. Then refuses to refer to someone I actually need to see. Do not go here because its convenient. Take the drive somewhere and save yourself a headache from this poor excuse of a doctor.
