Had an excellent experience at Ron Gordon's watch repair in NYC. He took my old beat up Rolex and gave it knew life. This is a good man and is very serious when it comes to the job. I can tell he's got the ""it"" factor. The price was very reasonable and fair. He could have taken advantage but he did not. An excellent over all experience I had. I found him on the internet and I'm set now. Can't thank him and his excellent and helpful assistant enough.. 5 stars

Ron Gordon has been taking care of my watches, all of them fine vintage pieces, for many years. He provides superb service at a fair price and I couldn't be more pleased. I travel a fair distance to have Ron do the work, but I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Ron did a fabulous job in repairing my Rolex watch and my Breitling watch. They both work like a charm. Looks new as ever!Highly recommend you to any one who needs a fine job done on their expensive time piece. One of the best in New York City.
