Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.

Called at 12:30, and was promised service by 1:30pm. I call them around... 1:35 asking where the truck is, and am told it will be another hour until the driver is here, as he has "a leak in one of his tires". I ask when they found this out, and they said "oh, about 45 minutes ago". When asked "why ddidn't you call me?" they had no answer and told...
