Room was dirty. Furniture was ripped. Carpet sticky and grubby looking. Windows were filthy. Ran out of food on a Saturday. Lobby furniture stained and just plain nasty looking. Not what we expected from La,Quinta at all.
Everything was great, except the price for one night even with my Geico employee discount, and the room didn't have a refrigerator in it. The front desk clerks at this LaQuinta were terrific. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. Located next door (within walking distance) is a Longhorn Steakhouse and a McDonalds so after a day of driving it was nice to be able to walk to it. I wasn't crazy about the part of town we were in however.
In order to compliment the excellent staff at this facility La Quinta should consider giving it a much needed face lift. The only non "10" answers I gave were for the facility...repaint, update carpeting, brighter and more attractive equals more business!
