They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met,, but my case is complicated, and I did not forward my records from my doctor before, so I don't really think he realizes the extent of my illness yet. He hasn't called my psychologist, even though he said he would so he could find out more...

Although Roger Burress treated me in the past, I was unable to get past his unfriendly, dishonest receptionist to get an intake appointment last month. I even went to his office and spoke to the receptionist in person, who assured me that she would call me with an appointment. Of course, she never called, and each time I called and managed to get through to her, she once again promised to call...
