The rooms were fine inside, however the heating/cooling system was either on or off and it was noisy coming on and going off it was loud. No continuous fan to moderate the temp. Walls were paper thin....I could hear the couple next door making whoopee most of the night.

Negatives: Location, bugs, thin walls, maids too slow. There were homeless people in the neighborhood. The hotel is next to a Salvation Army store. There were bugs crawling on the front office floor & flying in our room. Walls were thin & we could hear kids playing outside as well as the creaky bed upstairs. There was only 1 chair...

While the neighborhood isn't the best, the location is good! a few blocks away from a shopping center with several restaurants (Panera, BJ's Brewhouse, Buffalo Hotwings and more).
The rooms where renovated earlier in 2015 and they are clean, well kept up and comfortable.
