Help us make it rightA few years ago my son needed his saxophone repaired. It was ""repaired THREE times by three different shops before I found Rod Baltimore. It was in bad shape. On a reference, i showed up unannounced with my son, and his sax. I was speaking with Rod Baltimore himself ( I didn't know it at the time ), who took one look at the sax, knew right away it had already received attention elsewhere, and asked me ""when do you need this""? Then he said, tomorrow, right? I laughed. My son needed it for the next day, for a marching band. He told us to go have lunch, and come back. He repaired it in...
Very uneducated people...lots of attitude and snobbery, but very little knowledge to back it up. Their body of knowledge is based on make believe and foolishness. DON'T bother with this place.

I dropped off my horn for rust cleaning and was charged $300 more than estimates at other places. I was asked to pay in cash and told it was to save me money on taxes. The horn was ""fixed"" with WD40 and the rust was still present. I am taking him to court.
