Garbage customer service and poor shipping from direct website sales. Unfortunately they make a good product and get away with it. I’m sure son CS will pop up and say they are here to help, but I’ve wasted enough time.

My S2V hikers and Stratum hikers are amazingly comfortable and lightweight. The S2V hikers did run a little narrow, but only needed a couple days to break-in. The Stratum outdoor boot/Hiker was good to go. I simply rubbed them down with mink oil and took them out. They were comfortable enough to wear all day long.

If these were the only boots made I would hunt barefooted. I bought a pair of "Prolight Snake Boots and they are without a doubt the sorriest boot I have ever owned.
