I have had great service from the delivery people no complaints at all..$2.00 extra for a premium newspaper that has nothing in it got my attention...now the $4.95 activation fee BS..I have got the paper for 40 years..what the hell do they have to activate??? First thing in the morning I am cancelling the paper!!!

Paper is ok to read but bad delivery service had to call almost everyday. Sure didn't renew and can go online for free to get the news. Papers in the mud and wet no protection!

The Register Star has actually improved a lot over the last few years. The Go section and the Hot Jobs section are really helpful, and do a great job letting people know all the great things that are happening in Rockford.

This newspaper is always great! I often use it to fill my garage sale needs. They have updated information on the greatest spots and i never miss out!

We are new customers and have not received a paper in 3 weeks. RRStart is not good at adding new customers.
