Please describe the facts of your complaint in the order in which they happened.: on feb 5 of greorgys called me up and they were very naughty about filling my medcine and he wont put georgy on the phone so i talk to georgy and he said there miss be a insurance issue i told his staff that you make $400 a day you should be taking your problems with my insurnace out on me . then i was talking back to my apartment georgy called for me i really didnt come to come back to talk with him out side his pharmamist like mature adults but instead he got in my face and said i dont ever threat my f@!%!*g staff like that again and ill kick your f@!%!*g a@s out . then i went back in and i said i aint no dumbly under pharmacy law a pharmacist and a customer cant use profanity then he was chasing me out of his pharmacy well using profanity and there were children there .
My mother was a witness and the Rockaway Borough told us that they couldnt do anything unacceptable just because he is a pharmacist
