I have yet met Dr Reindollar, but his staff has taken excellent care of me. I one day want to meet him to shake his hand for providing his services. After my first appointment, I had a waiting time but it was not their fault or mine. That's just how it goes. Thank you all for taking care of me!

During a wait today, we had been there over an hour and people who had later appointments were being called back before us. When we inquired they assured us we were next to be called. Upon being called back, one of the staff made rude comments and said, we wouldn't want you to feel neglected in a very rude way.
