My wife and I went in to rent an apartment. We signed the paper that stated the move in costs.
Two days later I got a phone call from the manager saying we had to pay double deposit. Keep in mind we make 7 times the rent. All the manager would say is that it was their policy but no one told us that and it was no where on the paper we signed with the move in costs.
Beware of this complex and the old bait and switch.

Th complex seems great BUT they scam to keep application fees.
I lived here for about 2 years. The management is great. I love them. If I need anything fixed its done the same day. Its very quiet and I have friends that live in this complex. Very family oriented apts. Id recommended 100%
I love living here it is quiet and comfortable and they take bigger dogs
Over priced outdated. Towing scheme watch your parking.. old fridge old microwave old dishwasher.. I thought after a full 12 month lease carpets and paint would be regular wear and tear being the carpet was old before me and my 5 kids moved in there. This place is great for ppl with dogs no kids and deep pockets.. by far worse place I've ever lived in my 28 years on this earth..
