The staff here is very patient oriented by being cordial and congenial. I think it is a positive experience going here because they explain and educate everything to you before you undergo a procedure.

Overall I am very satisfied with Dr. Spraggins and his staff. Bonnie is so friendly and does a great job at making me feel comfortable and always has coffee ready. It is a warm and inviting office with a great staff, which is why I continue to go here for my dental needs.

I really like how Dr. Spraggins takes his time to explain everything to you. You can shoot him any questions and he answers them. He always makes sure I am comfortable and I feel he just goes above and beyond the normal service you would expect.

What really shines here when I go in for my appointments is how the staff recognizes me by name! They have provided me with great dental care and I give kudos to both Dr. Spraggins and his staff.
