I have enjoyed living in my apartment complex for over 12 years....
I am so happy that I have raised three great kids that are all going to college and to great universities.....The staff at my apartments have been great resources for me which is why I have not moved in so long....

The apartments have plenty of large shade trees which provide a cool environment. The apartments are gated and have a huge area to walk inside the apartment complex. River terrace is a nice place to live. I think 1100 is too much to pay if you don't have a washer or dryer in unit. It's great to be in walking/ biking distance to downtown and store. It's not a bad area inside the complex. It's hood adjacent. You are basically paying to live by the river. Don't get me wrong. My apartment is nice.
