Very nice location and amenities, good condition. The only downside is the dated look of the kitchen and the older washer and dryer.

Great place to live

I love the area that my apartment is in and the apartment size is perfect. I am close to the freeways and close to all the night life but don't have to be stuck in the traffic. Close to Oakland University but not all students in complex. The staff are all very helpful and nice and they do alot for our apartment community.

This place is close to Oakland University and I love the fact that you can have dogs because I hope to stay here and keep a doggy with me.

Management isn't the friendliest- sometimes downright rude. We experienced significant costs upon move-out and had to go to mediation to get it resolved. Be super careful upon move-out and...
