Bought a Brand new trailor and this people were HORRIBLE!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND anyone use these Rude people. First the old man that works there name Elton was so rude to me. He is very short tempered and doesn't know what customer service means. Yes he was so nice when we were ordering our 2014 model home. But then when it came to the problems he was supposed to fix.. he didnt want to do anything. He sent out these workers that look straight out of prison, they never had materials and always smelled like smoke. Then if there was something they didnt fix ELton would make up a LIE and tell me something different. The last time i spoke with Elton was because he was to send me cabinets out and when he did they were differen than the ones in my kitchen so the workers called him and he was screaming on the phone i could hear him.. he said to tell her to take them or leave them she aint getting anymore! so i thought what is going on. so after the men left i called him and that is what he told me and was screaming at me.. and told me he didn't have time for me that he was with a customer and hung up on me!!! Also the other sales man (Jeremy Calvert) that is no longer working there that actually helped me do the layout of my home. He lied and promised me this and that.. but it never happened.. it was just to make a sale. Then after 3 months of getting my home..Jeremys wife calls me and wants to know why im texting her husband and she seen my number on caller id... i had no idea what she was talking about.. talk about unprofessional! I love my River BIrch home but do not recommend anyone using these people. They were so rude to me. I have never got a apologize from either one of these losers that want to call themselves men... MEN do not talk to any LADY in the fashion that they did.. esp. Elton. Even the workers that were out here.. acted like he was such a jerk to them. ALl the workers were SUPER NICE and very helpful.. i just wish they wasnt such rough necks. But they showed way more respect and class to me than the actual salespeople wearing button ups.
