1st- Missing drugs-called to report, left message. NO response.
Dropped off another RX, tried to pick up 3 days later. Waited @ drive thru for 15 min, w/1 vehicle ahead of me. Asked for RX, told it was not filled, "too early" It was a new RX, no insurance involved.
Called mgr to complain about both issues. Very rude, hung up on me. When I called back she said she was "busy with other...

I wouldn't depend on any pharmacist for advice about how to take a medication...always ask several different pharmacists before taking the advice of any pharmacist. Always do some research on your own. I learned this the hard way! There's only one rite-aid in the Charlotte area that I would not recommend but the rest, I'm not sure about.
