Rik's Music has the personal touch that the big box music stores just don't have. They just repaired an edge crack on the face of my electric. Great job, great folks. Unmatched. Go see them right off of Downtown West. Ralph

The store is staffed with people that are friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly make my son feel comfortable and like an aspiring musician. He asks to stop in weekly to see and "test drive" their new guitars. Best in Knoxville!

Had some work done for the first time and my experience say great. Ended up Rik himself did my work and he really went the extra mile. They really understand the musicians connection to their instrument. Definitely recommend.
