Phenomenal. Elegant. A true home.

The Rienzi on Turtle Creek is my favorite building in DFW. I have lived at the Glass House, The Ashton, 1900 McKinney and the Gables. Nothing comes close to the quality of the interiors of the Rienzi. The main reason for that is that the Rienzi was built as a luxury condominium building. And that shows, first and foremost, by how quiet the units are, which are very well-insulated. No other lease property has 8 foot solid core doors in all of the units, guest bedrooms even in the one bedroom units, triple crown molding, 6-7 inch baseboards, silky smooth finish on the doors and trim work, made on-site real hardwood floors, architect series Kitchen Aid appliances that are 3-4 times more expensive that all appliances I have seen at other lease properties, granite countertops in all bathrooms and the kitchen, wet bar area, some units have fireplaces and 12 foot ceilings, all units have 10 foot ceilings,Toto toilets, low emission double pane windows, European cabinets in the kitchen, large closets and bedrooms, great layouts, and concierge services that cater to no more than 110 units as opposed to one person at a concierge desk that "services" 450-650 units as in all the other buildings. The setting of the Bldg is also idea, since it is more residential and quieter than buildings with apartments that have floor to ceiling windows with noise levels at 45-60 dbs, which has caused me to wear earplugs while sleeping and caused my electric bill to be higher than $250 per month on average as opposed to the typical $75 per month at the Rienzi for 1730 sqft of space. There is nothing luxurious or modern about apts. that have no crown molding, which look very inexpensive and as unfinished boxes to me, no matter how contemporary my furnishings are. Also, cheap track lighting as opposed to recessed lighting that is dimmable is the norm, but not at the Rienzi. You get the exact same features as those found in custom or luxury houses, and condos such as at the Plaza, Vendome, the Mansion, and other luxury buildings. The new management has been phenomenal. I am glad they are running the Bldg. because they have already improved many of the items that had been neglected by the previous management company. The Rienzi is in the Mansion district, and will always be well-taken care of. I am an interior designer, and would never consider any other lease property anymore other than the Rienzi. Young impressionable tenants seem to be very impressed by the blue LED lighting and the ultra modern lobbies of some of the other bldgs. only to be disappointed by very generic apartments, despite maybe the good views, that are way too noisy, expensive to cool and heat and do not compare in no way or form to the quality of the homes at the Rienzi. The typical tenant at the Rienzi is a professional who wants an urban lifestyle but without sacrificing the amenities of a million dollar/custom house or luxury condo. I highly recommend the Rienzi. We may not all be 18 year old but I prefer to know that a great number of my neighbors are professional colleagues to my husband who is professor at UTSW Medical Center. People that have lived at the Rienzi tend to live there for a very long time, and that shows by how well they take care of their homes and the property.

Tried to lease an apartment here and had nothing but problems with the application process. A few days before move in, I went to check to make sure everything went through and to pick up my keys. -- I called about 10 times, no answer, and then I just decided to get in the car and go down there. -- …
