Excellent service

Richardson Auto Glass sent two employees to my office to replace my cracked windshield. They were quick, nice, and the new windshield looks fine. On top of that, they waived my insurance deductible, so I didn't pay a cent!

Avoid this place at all costs. I had a windshield replaced and they damaged my headliner and told me that there was no way that they did it, it was where the headliner meets the windshield. When I requested the owner, I was told it was the owner that had said it wasn't their fault. Later the owner was exiting again and made a snide comment about how they couldn't have done the damage.
