Dr. Mercurio is unethical with no regard for patients well being. He placed too large of an implant (5.8 mm) in my front tooth, he positioned the implant incorrectly, causing the bonegraft to fail. He also immediately loaded the unstable implant which most likely caused it to fail. Developed severe infection. Dr. Never told me I was having complications. This dental practice is a ripoff.
Even with my excellent dental insurance, try tried to upsell me on everything. The entire office works in concert to sell expensive services not covered or needed. Once the dentist and assistant push the services, they have you sit in a financing office for the final hard sell. Used car hack shop here. They will pick your pockets clean! I only realized...
