I had a terrible experience with Dr. Benoit. I went to him for first trimester screening after being referred by my OB. Being my first pregnancy I was unsure what to expect. I thought everything was going smoothly, we were watching the ultrasound of the baby on the TV screen. While I was still in a state of undress from the exam, Dr. Benoit tells us that the baby has a neural tube defect, and is non-viable. I began to cry, and Dr. Benoit left the room. If it wasn't for the front desk being so rude and making my visit intolerable I would give the doctor a 5 star rating. First of all I waited a month for an appointment, they never called me I had to call them and chase them down for an appointment. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Waiting time was at most 15 minutes. I was called into the patient room and was pleasantly surprised.
