I had my left eye cataract surgery about two weeks ago. It was top rated surgery performed by Dr. Leung, n the entire process went smoothly, I thought I was watching a light show, n then the surgery was over. Unfortunately his office staff is completely incompetent. When the Dr. finally responded after the 10th phone call and 6 faxes - he said this was the first he heard about the problem. Additionally, when dealing with the office staff they have no idea what they are talking about - ever. It seems that they can only do very simple and routine tasks. I've been with Dr. Leung for 20+ years and he's saved my eyesight more than once. He's taken care of my mother's eyes due to her diabetes and one of my longtime friends with LASIK. Recently, he implanted crystal lenses due to cataracts and my eyesight has never been better! No other ophthalmologist would I ever trust more that Dr. Leung.

Dr Leung performed cataract surgery on me in April 2014. At that time I chose to have the crystal lens in each eye. This was quite a decision for me as they were pricy. For the first six to eight months I questioned my judgement as to whether I made the right decision.
