Richard Prantil was quick to answer the phone to take payment but I have yet to speak to him since. He is too busy to answer or return phone calls. Too lazy to respond to emails. Worthless in help finding documents that he should have access to. All around very bad experience. He will take your money and not help at all.
He simply has no integrity and doesn't care. He will be reported to the BAR from this client. He has been suspended for his dishonest conduct in the past and should be barred from practicing soon.
He is the scum of the earth. Before I retained him, he promised the moon. Once I retained him, he screwed up my case and I ended up losing everything. He doesn't keep his clients aware of their cases and he does not work well with other attorneys.
Has no ethic. make sure to know more about his past record before starting to use his service.
Ask him for a copy of his public record of discipline. check this site for more info about his records.
Mr. Prantil is an amazing attorney. He is always available when you need him and he truly cares about his clients. He's effective at getting results. I would recommend him to anyone having family law matter challenges.

Richard Prantil has only been available by phone once to receive payment, besides that he has not been reachable. Mr. Prantil doesn't return phone calls, emails or letters. You will be better off flushing money down the toilet. I have a clear cut case where the ex is ripping me off and he has all the documents in hand ( bc i sent them) and he still will not do his job.
He cannot provide information, paperwork or a response for anything he is paid for.
He does not keep the client informed or care to do...
