Eh. The only reason I've ever come here is because it's right around the corner from my place; otherwise, my experience at Rich Nails has ranged from so-so to pretty unpleasant. Their nail work is consistently sloppy, and as other reviewers have mentioned, they give off a pretty rude vibe.$20 bucks for a mani-pedi during the week is a good deal, but I'd rather go somewhere else.

I went to this salon for a mani and pedi. The place is really unhygienic. The "massage" chairs used for the pedicures are really worn and dirty. They do NOT clean their nail tools (emery boards, nail clippers). The woman painting my nails had a cold and kept blowing her nose into tissues. On top of this, the woman criticized the way I cut my nails. I will definitely not come back.

I went in wanting a manicure and pedicure, but only ended up with a pedicure. The nail polishes were old and dried up. The woman was so rude. The water was cold. She didn't get off all the old nail polish. She didn't do a good job cutting or filing. I was done in less then 10 mins. Absolutely the worst nail salon …

This is the only nail salon that only does nails. Other places has facial or massages or hair and their add-on service is nails. But this place is strictly on nails. It's a real nail salon. A mani-pedi is $20 mon-thurs. $25 on fri-sun. it's a little dirty here but as long as it gets the job done then it's okay. Nail polish …
