Terrible all round experience! I've been to the academy a few times with very mixed results from the students. I only go for wash and blow dry. Simple enough you might think! Usually I'm patient since they are learning and I have lots of shoulder length wavy hair but today was the worst. I got a student with only 2 months left to graduate.
